The hot water was plentiful .

I was frustrated by the dirty microwave and inadequate towels. There was hardly any toilet paper, forcing me to use my own. The entire room felt neglected, with dust everywhere and no shower curtain to speak of!

The local staff were really friendly. The room was amazingly comfortable and brand-new! The hotel had a comfortable and magnificent position, in the middle of jackson. It was also not far from stores places to eat, and Mississippi.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little rude.

The parking lot needs better maintenance!!! The pool is currently out of service, disappointing!!! The hotel should work on eliminating lingering odors in the rooms!!!

this was my 2nd stay, they offered standard king room. location: the hotel was really close to stores places to eat, and mississippi.

Consider requesting extra towels at check-in, as there was a limited supply in the room and pool area .

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean my room was and that I enjoyed a restful sleep on the soft king bed. I did find some sand in the shower, but everything else was well-kept. I'd definitely come back!

I appreciated the hot water and great pressure in the shower, made mornings refreshing. The breakfast setup impressed me. They offer make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, and hard-boiled eggs along with fruit and coffee available throughout the day. The atmosphere felt cute, and the common areas were tidy. The Wi-Fi could use improvement. It was spotty at times. The swimming pool was out of service, a bummer since I had hoped to use it. I'd consider staying here again despite a few minor issues.
